her health, her power
IWD 2025 CAMPAIGN

the Challenge

International Women’s Day should be a time of inspiration and empowerment, but many events focus only on speakers and panels, leaving little space for women to truly recharge. As the Marketing Manager at The Family Co., I saw an opportunity to create something different—an event that not only celebrated women but also nurtured them.

the strategy

I conceptualised Her Health, Her Power as a nourishing experience where women could connect, unwind, and feel genuinely appreciated. The best part of my skill set is that they easily translate into event planning and organising. This seeing me managing marketing, branding, and sponsorships while working closely with our team to ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience for all.

the Execution

  • Marketing & Promotion – Designed and executed a strategic campaign that sold out the event, generating excitement across social media and email channels.

  • Sponsorship & Partnerships – Secured high-end brands such as Swisse, Lindt, Benefit, Myer, Madame Flavour, Twinings, and even Versace, ensuring every attendee received a luxury gift bag.

  • Event Design & Experience – Collaborated on the run sheet, venue layout, and activation spaces to create an elegant, inviting atmosphere.
